EASY WHEAT PANCAKES
There's a quote that goes thus: "There's hardship in everything, except eating pancakes", well, you won't blame the writer because Pancake is always always "BAE" This is one easy and healthy pancake recipe you'll come across. Enjoyyyyy
Ingredients
1 cup of Wheat flourSugar to taste
2 cups of milk
1 Eggs
Coconut oil
Method
Mix all the ingredients except oil, in a bowlHeat pan, add a tablespoon of oil and fry the flour mixture in portions
Serve hot with syrup or fruits.

JOLLOF RICE - SPECIAL
So, as I typed the Post-heading, auto-correct changed my "jollof" to "jolly"...can you imagine?? I wonder why there's no jollof rice in the dictionary yet. Jollof Rice as we all know is our "vintage dish" our very own "signature dish" at every event. I once saw a quote that goes thus; "A party without jollof rice is a meeting" and yes, it's absolutely true. Funny how this is my first jollof rice recipe on the blog, it's probably because I believe most people know how to prepare jollof rice.

Special Fried Rice and Oven Baked Chicken
Honey and Mustard Chicken
Sundays are for Feasting and that's why I've made this special delicacy...As usual, simple ingredients, simple steps and easy to follow.
6 pieces of chicken drumsticks
1 large onion-sliced
Garlic-grated
1 red bell pepper, diced
Mint leaves
3 tablespoons of Mustard
3 tablespoons of Honey
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chicken stock
Olive oil
Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 200 degree Celsius
Ingredients for Baked Chicken
