MOIN MOIN MUFFINS


I literally inspired myself this time to try something new...these moin moin muffins are really cool and tasty. They can be served as the usual breakfast with cereal or as desserts. 

Ingredients

1 cup of  beans
1 bell pepper
3 tbsp of crayfish
onions
chicken shreds (optional)
knorr cubes, salt to taste
1 cooking spoon of canola oil

Method

Soak the beans and remove peel as usual
Add bell pepper, onions, blend all together
Now, add crayfish, sliced onions, shredded chicken
Heat a cooking spoon of oil and mix knorr cubes in it
Now add to the mixture
You can add extra salt to taste
Now get cup cake pans and fill with the mixture
Heat oven for 5 minutes and bake at 250 degree Celsius for 30-40 minutes
Tip: to know if the muffin is well baked, dip a long toothpick/knife into it and remove it, if it comes out with no stains, it simply means its well done, otherwise, allow to bake for some extra time.
This tip can basically be applied when baking anything.

Allow to cool 
Serve muffins cold with cereal of choice as breakfast or
Serve as desserts ...after-all, it's muffin *winks*
