Tropical Smoothie Special...

We cannot emphasis enough that smoothies or let me say fruits are essential part of our everyday
Here's a simple smoothie recipe you should start your day with...

Ingredients for 4 servings

1 small sized pineapple
4 medium sized mangoes
2 apples
Ginger, to taste
Plain yogurt as base


Rinse all the fruits with vinegar and water
Cut into bite sizes and blend with plain yogurt as base...

Enjoy at any time of the day...
