Special Fried Rice and Oven Baked Chicken

Just Because Fried Rice Never goes out of style... Try this very simple colorful rice recipe and thank me later...*winks*


1 large onion-sliced
4 medium sized Carrots-diced
Chicken franks- diced
1 Yellow bell pepper-diced

1 Red bell pepper-diced
1 Green bell pepper-diced
Curry and Thyme seasoning
Half cup of Chicken stock
2 cups of Basmati Rice-parboiled
salt and bouillon cubes to taste
2 tablespoons of canola oil


Heat oil in a pot, saute the onions and garlic for about a minute
Now add chicken franks, bell peppers, carrots, curry and thyme, stir-fry for 3 minutes
Add the chicken stock, salt and bouillon cubes and cook for 3 minutes
Now add the basmati rice, stir into the sauce mixture
Cover with a foil and allow to steam for about 10 minutes
Stir together, taste to make sure it's well seasoned.
Serve and Enjoy
