Honey and Mustard Chicken

Sundays are for Feasting and that's why I've made this special delicacy...As usual, simple ingredients, simple steps and easy to follow.

Ingredients for Baked Chicken

6 pieces of chicken drumsticks
1 large onion-sliced
Garlic-grated
1 red bell pepper, diced
Mint leaves
3 tablespoons of Mustard
3 tablespoons of Honey
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chicken stock
Olive oil




Method:

For the Oven baked Chicken
Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 200 degree Celsius

In a bowl, mix onions, pepper, black pepper,mint leaves,mustard, salt, olive oil and honey together
Place oil on the baking tray
Pick each drumsticks and roll into the sauce mixture, place on tray afterwards
Now add stock to the tray and brush some on the chicken
Place in the oven and bake/slow cook for 40 minutes
