Mixed Vegetables, Chicken and Macaroni Stir-fry

This certainly is not an ordinary pasta. It's loaded with fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned and very Delish...
Classic dish of Macaroni Stir-fry
Ingredients (4 Servings)
  • 200g of Golden Penny Macaroni
  • Chicken breast
  • Shrimps (Optional)
  • Chicken franks (optional)
  • 4 medium sized carrots, Sweet corn, Green beans, peas
  • Red and Green Bell pepper, Yellow chili pepper
  • 1 medium sized onion, grated garlic, cooking oil
  • Knorr cube, thyme and salt seasoning 
Ingredients Used

Parboil the Macaroni, so as to remove starchy content
Put a spoon of cooking oil in pot
Add the grated garlic, onions (this produces a superb aroma) and thyme
Add carrots, peas, all the pepper, knorr cubes, shrimps, chicken and chicken franks stir
Add Macaroni, green beans and sweet corn
Stir all together and leave to steam for 2 minutes

Tip: Stir with a non-stick spoon- it wouldn’t make your pot burn
