Vegetable Salad


This is yet another salad for anytime of the day, it just has more vegetables included. Infact, one of my friends laughed at me and said all he sees is "leaves".
So if you're like me that wouldn't mind chewing "leaves" sometimes, this is for you.

Ingredients:

Handful of Spinach
Handful of watercress leaves
Handful of Parsely leaves
1 large tomatoes, sliced
Small sized cucumbers, nicely sliced
Cabbage, sliced
Carrots, grated
Boneless chicken, grilled and cut into bite sized

How to:

  • Rinse all vegetables in vinegar and water mixture
  • Just like the my last salad recipe, I love to mix honey, ketchup, light soy sauce, mint, paprika and parsley spices in a bowl to get my "signature" grilled chicken
  • Brush the mixture on the chicken, and grill to perfection
  • To serve, nicely spread the vegetables in a bowl or flat plate..
  • Serve with any salad dressing of choice....(as usual, honey and mustard dressing for the win *winks*)
