Ingredients for 2 servings
Handful of lettuce
Small sized ginger
1 green apple
Half-sized cucumber
4 medium-sized carrots
Strawberries (about 8)
Handful of seedless grapes
Half cup of water or ice cubes
1 cup of fresh farm yogurt
How to:
Rinse all fruits in vinegar and water mixtureBlend all together...
