Irish Potato Salad

Yummy Potato Salad

This recipe is quick and easy, takes approximately 12 minutes to prepare and its healthy. It can be served as breakfast, or lunch and at family events too.
PS: I read on health news that a new study revealed that eating  potatoes (as well as cabbage and onions) could help reduce risk of developing stomach cancer. 

Ingredients

Ingredients

3 small sized irish potatoes, dized
1/2 cup of shrimps, boiled
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 medium size onion
2tbsp canola oil
2 garlic cloves, grated
1/2  small sized cabbage, nicely sliced
2 large carrot, sliced
1 red habanero, chopped
1tbsp mint leaves





Method

Boil potatoes for 5 minutes in a salted water. Drain water
In a frying pan, heat canola oil, add onion, garlic, potatoes, carrot and shrimps. Mix well for some minutes
Add chilli, cabbages and mint. Stir and turn off the heat...So that the vegetables are crunchy for chewing.

Serve Immediately for optimal enjoyment...
