Spaghetti and Minced Beef Sauce

Pasta +  the right sauce = The Good Life...


Carrots, diced
Onions, chopped
2 tbsp of canola oil
Salt to taste

For Sauce
Minced meat, boiled with chopped onions and garlic
Paprika, tomatoes, scotch bonnet and onions, roughly blended
Onions and garlic, chopped
Green beans and spring onions, diced
carrots, diced
Rosemary spice
Knorr and salt to taste


For Spaghetti

  • In a pot, put raw spaghetti and add water enough to cover the spaghetti in the pot plus a little more
  • Add salt, onions to enhance taste and oil to prevent the spaghetti from sticking
  • Start boiling, when it's about 10minutes, add chopped carrots  (This allows the carrot remain crunchy afterwards)

For the Sauce

  • In a pan, heat some spoons of oil, saute the chopped garlic and onions for about 2 minutes
  • Add the blended pepper mixture and allow to fry for about 10-20 minutes (depending on the quantity of the mixture)
  • Now, add the boiled minced meat, veggies, spices and seasonings, allow to fry for another 5-10 minutes (be sure to stir with a wooden spoon at intervals)

  • Serve with pasta or other staples like rice, yam, beans and all
  • Enjoy.
