This cake recipe is healthy and very nutritious, I had made this cake on the first day of the year. It could be served as breakfast or snacked mid-day.
So in this post, I have decided to show step by step pictures in order to aid preparations. I hope this is helpful. Enjoy!
Ingredients
2 cups of Wheat flour1 cup of granulted sugar
4 eggs
2 cups of grated carrots
Dry Fruits/ Raisins
3/4 cup of oil
vanila of strawberry flavouring
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of baking powder
Method:
Break eggs in a bowl and beat nicely. I used a hand blender for mixing, you can as well use a mixer or normal spoon.Add sugar and oil and blend properly
Then add cinnamon and baking powder, blend well
Now slowly add wheat flour in the mixture and mix it nicely. Make sure no lumps remain.
Add carrot, and dry fruits/raisins and mix it well
Preheat oven at 200 degree celsius. Grease the cake pan with butter and pour the batter inside it.
Bake for 30-45 minutes
Tip: you could deep a long knife in the center of the batter to see if it's already baked

Pls instead of adding oil and sugar can butter replace the oil
