Veggie Pancake Wraps

Thinking of what to have for breakfast on Sunday other than the regular?? Try this Pancake wraps and you would be glad. Very easy and takes 10-12 minutes to prepare…

Ingredients for pancake

Half cup of Oatmeal flour
A pinch of black pepper
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 egg
200ml of milk
Canola oil

 For Veggies

1 medium sized carrot, diced
Half-sized cucumber, diced
Sliced cabbages
Shredded Chicken, boiled



In a bowl, mix flour, black pepper and cinnamon together, now create a hole in the center of the bowl and add the egg.
Whisk and add the milk and Whisk properly until mixture is smooth.
Now, heat a pan and fry in portions with a tbsp of oil, set aside
Mix the veggies together with mayonnaise and add chicken.

Wrap veggies in pancakes and Enjoy
