Mozzarella Beef and Chicken Poppers

It's the season of celebration and new ideas keeps popping in...Breakfast was this delicious goodness, so yum and full of love. *winks*


 2lb chicken breast (boiled and shredded)
2 lb of ground beef (boiled)
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 block of mozzarella
2 tablespoon of BBQ sauce
Seasoned breadcrumbs


Mix shredded beef, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl
Cut mozzarella into small sized cubes, and wrap the beef mixture around the mozzarella and seal completely
Roll the balls in the seasoned breadcrumbs until fully coated
Use same procedure for the chicken poppers
Grease the baking tray and heat oven for 10 minutes
Place the poppers in the oven and bake at 300F for 20 minutes, flip the poppers halfway.
Serve with your favorite sauce...I used BBQ *winks*
