Honey Glazed Grilled Chicken and Fish
I've tried to grill chicken in the past and it was a total disaster.
Bet this time, i did my research well enough... and I was really happy about the outcome. You know, when your first trial comes out nice , you're inspired to try harder *winks*
So here's what you'll need:
Indoor/Outdoor oven1/4 cup of honey
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
Thyme seasoning
1/4 teaspoon of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon of chili pepper
and the Gorgeous Chicken Thighs and FISH :D
Method:
It's advisable to boil chicken before grilling as I did.Preheat oven to 350°
Mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl
Place chicken in a foil and on the oven tray
Apply oil on the chicken with a cooking brush
Sprinkle chili and thyme seasoning on the chicken
Add extra spice as you wish.
Apply the honey mixture on each chicken and place in the oven
Grill for 15 minutes or until chicken turns brown in colour
Serve as you please...
Enjoy...
Oh, I wish I could post the aroma and taste of these nicely prepared grill...
Repeat same process to grill fish, except that there's no need to boil fish first.
