Chicken in Coconut Sauce

This simple sauce will fill your kitchen with an enticing aroma. I was really surprised at how tasty the dish was. The coconut milk adds such creamy taste to the dish..It's a pretty easy recipe and I hope you like it.


Coconut milk
Chicken breast (boiled and cut into bite size)
Garlic gloves(grated)
Chicken franks/ sausages
2 knorr chicken cubes
Sliced carrots
Green and red bell pepper(dized)
1 medium sized onions (sliced)
3 tablespoon of coconut oil
Dried thyme
1 tablespoon of corn flour


In a bowl, mix chicken breast, knorr cubes, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, garlic and dried thyme

Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a pan, add onions and allow to fry for some minutes, then add the pepper
Add the mixture in the bowl and stir fry for like 5 minutes
Then add the carrots, green beans and franks, allow to cook/steam fro 2 minutes

Then add the coconut milk, allow to boil gently, then add corn flour to thicken.

Enjoy with Pasta or any kind of Rice..
